Approach
My offerings revolve around a belief that we are spiritual beings experiencing an evolutionary soul journey. We are the channel, vessel and instrument in a mystic multiverse centred on energy, intention, vibration, pattern and flow. Love, truth and unity are key.
I offer a wide range of supportive, spiritual and healing modalities: Reiki (Usui & Mystic), shamanic Reiki-Sound, natural song and light language, Indian head massage, sacred oil anointing, homemade bespoke flower remedies, nature yoga, natural mindfulness & nature connection.
Session Options
I offer in-person treatments at Elephant Rooms, Draycott or Belper, Derbyshire, and a distance/online option. For more details please see Offerings.
Group Options
I hold regular circles; and occasional workshops, courses and retreats. See Coming Up for my regular group spaces.
I provide private day workshops for 1-4 people at Elephant Rooms and I have half day/full day rates for event/workshop/group bookings and retreat collaborations.

Other Involvements
I am passionate about reviving the links between nature, spirituality and holistic wellbeing, which is reflected in my involvements locally as founder and coordinator of Belper Woods of Wellbeing, co-facilitator of Belper Earth Connection Group, trustee of Upperdown Meadow, and founder of Naturality – a uniting network for nature-based spirituality.

Current Path
I am holding space to be in devotional service, to new earth, nature based spirituality and community, in the ways which arise and emerge. I am exploring spiritual music, writing and creative expression with mystic earth.
My Background & Journey
I was always sensitive, astral and intrigued by ancient mysteries; as I grew the extraordinary became more apparent and my intuition came to the forefront. In youth I found peace and connection with horses and nature. I was academic, venturing into healthcare, which felt too clinical, then ecology, which felt too categorical, however, I am ever grateful for the learnings and adventures in these fields which gifted valuable foundations in science, wellness, care, nature and the connectedness of all. In 2017 a sense of something undiscovered led me to Reiki and the first steps onto a rollercoaster of rediscovering my truth and tribe. Through listening in, sacred pause and deep healing, surrender and support, I embraced my sensitivity as a superpower and embarked on re-awakening the mysteries of these healing modalities, memories and missions which lie within us all. I now walk in wonder and faith along this path of spirit, heart & soul, with love, whilst also devoting energy to the revival of nature based spirituality and nature recovery, because when nature thrives we all thrive, as we are nature.
