Spring seems to have been dancing on the breeze for a while, but these past few weeks it feels to have surely settled, with the beautiful blossomings and birdsong. Do you agree? What are you noticing and enjoying in this new Spring energy?
The dreams of new beginnings which rose from the depths of winter are now budding and brightening into being…
I am pleased to share that I have taken on a new role at Elephant Rooms. As Spiritual Curator I am combining spiritual listening with soul aligned service to the centre which means so much to me and to many, it is a place of sanctuary, inclusive spirituality, a safety net, social network and support. It’s such an honour to be part of the team, to care and co-create.

Earth Heart Gathering
18th-20th July
All proceeds from this weekend will go to elephant rooms concessions and community services to support those in need locally, and the heart of living yoga’s international charity work.
We wish to gather in earth centred, open hearted community, with a beautiful programme of yoga, connection, sound and space, at Unstone Grange, a dedicated retreat centre in Derbyshire.
I welcome your presence and to spread the word amongst like-hearted friends, it would mean the world. Thank you.

A celebration under the strawberry moon. We will mystically muse and move together, embraced in the energy, rhythms and spirit of this full red moon, also known as the honey moon, as we dance and delight in the magical garden of life.

A sacred pause at the peak of summer, this re-connecting retreat invites you on a journey into fully feeling, honouring and reviving the wholeness of season and self, held with guided body wrapping with scarves, body holds, reiki and sound.

Earth Songs Circle continues at Sage Yoga Studio every second Thursday of the month 7.30pm-9pm.
Reiki share continues at Elephant Rooms every 4th Tuesday of the month, 7pm-8.30pm.
Earth Jam is currently on hold, as the wind has changed, I await the way on.
