Spring Greetings & Offerings

Here we are at the New Moon which will become the first full moon of Spring, the Worm Moon, or the Crow Moon as I prefer – when the crows will caw for the end of Winter. This will follow the Spring Equinox by just a few days; I love this transitional time of balance and birthing, the buds which promise the return of blooms soon. As I walked in the woods today I saw carpets of bluebells posing potential of beautiful blue hazes to emerge. Spring is subtly and sweetly springing, with yet a coiled energy on the cusp of being fully burst into being. What is softly and sweetly emerging for you? What yearns to spring forth?

As we move towards Spring I am hosting Expansive Fridays at Elephant Rooms on Friday 15th March 7-9pm; this will be an enchanting evening of Cacao, Yoga and Sound Journeying. I have availability for £30/£40 treatment offers on Fridays 15th & 22nd; the next Nature Yoga session will soon be announced, and there are a couple of spaces available on my Reiki I Training on 4th May. Welcome! I hope you enjoy browsing the new SamiLouLa website, with thanks to Cherry Anderson for the beautiful design elements and Monkey Perch Studios for website support.

As we move towards mid-winter, I have been focussing on deepening my spiritual practice, feeling into nature’s rhythms and sinking into the season. During this time I felt drawn to consolidate all of the 1:1 modalities I offer into one integrated or intuitive session offering.

Available from January, at Elephant Rooms (Fridays), Belper (Sundays) and Online, these sessions will be available flexibly for £55 or as single/combination treatments on set days for £30/£40.
